Видалення даних / Data Deletion Instructions

Крок 1. Надішліть лист на адресу aquacarpatica.ua@gmail.com з темою «Data Deletion Request — Minos Aqua Publisher».

Крок 2. У листі вкажіть:

• яких саме даних стосується запит (наприклад: дані взаємодії з публікацією, ідентифікатор облікового запису Meta, інша інформація, повʼязана з обробкою через застосунок);
• контактні дані для відповіді.

Крок 3. Оператор розгляне запит та підтвердить видалення (або надасть пояснення, якщо частину даних потрібно зберегти з облікових чи юридичних причин) у розумний строк після отримання листа.

Step 1. Send an email to aquacarpatica.ua@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request — Minos Aqua Publisher".

Step 2. In your email, please include:

• what data the request concerns (e.g. publication-interaction data, a Meta account identifier, or other information related to processing through the application);
• contact details for our reply.

Step 3. The operator will review the request and confirm deletion (or explain if part of the data must be retained for accounting or legal reasons) within a reasonable time after receiving the email.
